Km-6230 paper jam everywhere

Hi

Check all the paper movement from the tray, left or right cover, front cover, if so then remove jammed paper. Otherwise the paper sensor spring guide missing or fell off from its original position. Check carefully where the sensor locate. paper sensors detect all the paper movement in the machine during copying or printing, so locate the place in the machine which the paper usually jammed, see the screen of the machine, it will locate the place where the paper jammed mostly. Sensor not return to it original position that is why ( remove paper jam keeps blinking)

This would indicate that one of the sensors in the machine is either sticking or needs to be replaced.

You may have a piece of paper jammed behind the paper tray? I would take the paper trays out of the copier and look inside to see if there is paper jammed toward the rear of the copier..... There are switch's that till the copier what size paper is in the tray. It can also be a small tab on the back of the paper tray is not adjusted correctly? Good Luck

One of the sensors in the paper path is stuck. Take the printer to a repair agent, they will be able to fix this issue.

Lower the green handle in the cavity between the document feeder section and the main body.

Pull out the paper tray, shut off the printer.
check all paper path.
turn on the printer
inser the paper tray.

Check to make sure that their is no paper that is jammed in the paper draw. Also open the main panel where you would change the toner and pull out the little draw underneath the toner, I believe it is marked A2. Make sure that there is no paper there as well. Another place that paper will sometimes hide is in the left panel by the duplex system. Sometimes a little piece of paper gets left behind and this can cause the system to think there is still paper jammed in the machine. If all else fails try restarting the system. If you are still experiencing a problem than I would recommend you call your servicing dealer.

unplug printer from wall and plug back in somtimes this forces trapped paper out of machine as it wrams up.

also remove paper drawer to make sure paper isnt trapped in this area
