Some ink that gets s*uck*ed out of the ink-cartridge does not get jetted onto the paper.
Such ink is "wasted" -- it goes into a waste-container.
Your printer has "calculated" (based on the number of pages you have printed,
and the amount of ink used per page) that the container should be full.
Take the printer to a qualified technician, to "empty" the container, and to "reset" the electronics inside the printer to "zero-percent-full".

If the waste ink pad is nearly full you will need to have it replaced or reset the purge counter to get rid of the message. Please be informed that even the message is resetted theres a tendency that the inkpad will overflow and you may find spill at the bottom of the printer.
