Has a E error code on screen and shuts off - Canon MP-11DX Calculator

It would really help to know the make and model of your machine as codes mean very different things depending on what manufacturer's machine they're showing on. However, I'm giong to take a blind guess that this is a Samsung? If I'm right then it means "No Flow" (Of water) you should check the following (Which I have stolen from the Samsung repair forum!)
1. Water is shut off at rear of washing machine. Check and make sure water is turned on.
2. Water inlet hoses are kinked or crimped. Check hose to ensure they are not kinked or crimped in any way. This will still let a small amount of water into the washer but not enough for the sensor to be satisfied.
3. Water fill valve screens are clogged with mineral or calcium deposits. Turn the water off and remove the hoses from the "Hot" and "Cold" side. Once the hoses are removed you will see a small screen tucked inside both fill valves. The screens simply pull out so they can be cleaned. Usually it is on the "COLD" side where you'll find the clogged screen.
4. Make sure the door is shut tightly. Yes, if the door is not shut all the way you may possibly get this error code on the display. Open and close door ensuring it closed correctly.

The IBM POST code states that after the 2 beeps the screen displays the error.
In the case you have a faulty fan and it needs to be replaced.

Does the machine just shut off or do ya have a error code when it shuts off?? Typically when it will not fill with water for what ever reason their is FH error code. In addation to that since the cold water was clogged,very likely what ever caused it to clog up also has clogged the filter screen on the water inlet valve where the hoses attach to,to check/clean the screen remove the hoses and usea small screwdriver to pop out the screen and check/clean it. If ya find that the screen is clean ya may very well need to replace the water valve.

Please check if you can access the "error code operational check" to narrow down where the fault came from.
How to enter to error code operational check.
Note : The TV must be in shutdown and not have been switched off. When the TV is switched off, the error code automatically resets to 12 (no error).
Press the buttons on the front panel "Input/Device" and "Menu" at the same time and hold it for 5 sec, activate the error code mode. The LED light will flashes denoting a two digit error code.
Example : if the error code is 22, the led will flash two times pause and then flash two times and will repeat the error code for five times.

If you can't access the error code operational check , please let me know the exact pattern of the flashes of the led light and its color. Check if it will continually flashes green to give you the caused of the symptoms and best solution.

that is a thermistor error code. there are several causes for this. the thermistors are dirty, the upper fixing roller is damaged or it might have paper wrapped around it, or the connecter on the back of the fixing frame has a hair line crack in it. now you can clear this code if you you think there isn't anything wrong with the afore mentioned items.

you have to get into service mode. first you will have to shut the copier off at the main power switch and turn it back on once the error code pops up on the screen you will need to get into service mode.
you hit the
additional funtions button
then the 2+8 at the same time
then additional funtions button again
once in service mode you will need to follow the following steps

hit the copier tab
then the funtions tab middle of screen across the top
then hit the clear tab
then the err tab and hit the ok button to clear error

now you only have like 30 seconds give or take to get into service mode and to clear the error code before the machine shuts down if you don't get in fast enough dont worry shut the copier off and turn it back on and keep trying till you get in and clear it. trust me it took me several tries my first time i realized this myself.

Critical errors are nothing to take lightly, and your computer may even shut down because of it. Your operating system is definitely in a vulnerable state. The good thing is that if your computer does shut down because of a blue screened errors, it usually does so as a way to prevent further damage.

Blue screen problem, unplug your memory use eraser for cleaning memory and for slot of memory use toothbrush & lacquer thinner to clean it. For best solutions barrow the working memory to your friends for testing. Bad OS can cause of blue screen display, backup your files and reformat to new operating system.Bad hard disk drive can cause of blue screen problem.

SQV is a setting under the Channel edit function in the setup menu. Your model doesnt have the on screen error. What you do is next time it shuts down you have to press input and menu on the sets front panel both in together for 5 seconds to see if the LED will blink a two digit error code.

The blue screen of death gives you an error code accross the bottom of the screen. Something like Stop: 0x0000........
go to microsofts website and on the search bar at the site type in the code beginning with Stop.....Microsoft has causes and solutions for the codes there.
If you know the code please post it. I may be able to better assist you with the code or error message.
