iT has the 2002 Duron, 32bit old CPU
no w10/11 ever .
2010 up (yes)
for fun once, I had boxes of old PCs here,
back when w10
was offered in 32/64 bit dual installer.
and I was able to load w10 on some old 32bit CPU
but only the NEWEST AMD CPU work some even needed
the newest , CPU version stepping's 2007 to get all 3, new security bit features.
some ATHLONS run.! I have a list from back then.
then MS
ended 32bit installer, (i still have on file ISO}
and only 64bits CPU installs now, and ONLY intel CORE i3 up
and AMD lists here.

yes there were tricks back then 2015?
like having w7 there and doing a w10 upgrade.
now this takes w7-64 to do that if at all.
w11 is far far worse now the tight TPM , chip and fully enabled rules.
full secure booted.
that N115 has one more horror this "part of AMD chipset)
VIA ProSavage KN133
zero support for it, (maybe linux)
The N115 also violates the 1GHz min CPU speeds spec.
by a country mile.
