Please give more details camera model, make. Is the image get saved in memory card.Press review button & check. If you are not able to see review either image is not saved when clicked or screen it self is failed. Please give details.

I not familiar with a "intake manufacture runner control". Do you mean intake manifold? Not you sure what a runner control is though. Could give us some more detailed information?

diesel or petrol? what size engine, what do you mean by "putting it on timing"? give as much detail/history as is relevant?

give it a good oil with some engine oil in a proper oil can not that spray stuff

You have a problem with the fixing film. It is not a case that you have to reset the machine and carry on. Replace faulty parts in fixing and then clear the code. Most probably you have a damaged fixing film.
