I have a Cannon MP11DX calculator and I can't remove the E error. I tried to reset with GT off and calculator off and it still didn't work. How can I get rid of the E error code?

Page 2 of the manual says it is an 'Overflow Error' https://www.manualslib.com/manual/355934/Canon-Mp11dx.html?page=2#manual But here it appears to be a known error, and there is no fix. https://www.google.com/search?q=canon+mp11dx+error+code+e Have you ever replace the memory backup battery? Page 4 of the manual. Removing that and the mains power overnight and tapping some button would effect a full reset of the memory software. A Button size CR2025 is the replacement battery. Replace the battery and plug it back in. ..

Cannon w6400 pg flushed all my new cardtridges dry

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your Canon imagePROGRAF W6400 printer. It sounds like there may be some problems with the ink system or the printhead. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try: 1. Verify compatibility: Ensure that the compatible cartridges you purchased are indeed compatible with your specific printer model. Double-check the packaging or consult the manufacturer's documentation to confirm compatibility. 2. Clean the printhead: Ink flow issues can sometimes be resolved by cleaning the printhead. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to perform a printhead cleaning. It typically involves accessing the maintenance or ink settings on the printer's control panel. 3. Check ink levels: Use the printer's control panel or software utility to check the ink levels of the cartridges. If they still show as empty or low despite being newly installed, there might be an issue with the ink level sensors or the cartridge installation. Ensure the cartridges are properly seated and making proper contact with the printer. 4. Update firmware and drivers: Visit the Canon support website and download the latest firmware and drivers for your printer. Outdated firmware or drivers can sometimes cause compatibility or functionality issues. 5. Contact Canon support: If the above steps don't resolve the problem, it's recommended to reach out to Canon support for further assistance. They can provide specific troubleshooting steps based on your printer model and help determine if any repairs or replacements are necessary. Remember to provide detailed information about the issue, the steps you've already taken, and any error messages you're encountering when contacting support. They will be better equipped to assist you in resolving the problem. I hope these suggestions help you get your printer back up and running smoothly. This might help

Cannon Micro Printer 50 will not show the entire display, do you know what this could be?

If the Cannon Micro Printer 50 is not showing the entire display, there are a few things that could be causing the issue:
  1. Screen settings: Check the screen settings to make sure they are set correctly. Adjusting the brightness, contrast, and screen size settings may help fix the problem.

I have a cannon MP237 and I am trying to copy something. The scanner only goes half way and stops and then the orange light comes on. This all started from a jammed piece of paper.

It is possible that there is still a small piece of paper stuck inside the printer that is causing the issue. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:
  1. Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Open the printer cover and remove the ink cartridges and any paper that is visible.
  3. Look inside the printer for any small pieces of paper or debris that may be causing the issue.
  4. Use a pair of tweezers or a flashlight to carefully inspect the inside of the printer for any foreign objects that may be causing the problem.
  5. Once you have removed any debris, close the printer cover and reinsert the ink cartridges.
  6. Plug the printer back into the power source and turn it on.
  7. Try to make a copy again to see if the issue has been resolved.
If the problem persists, you may need to contact Canon customer support or take the printer to a technician for further troubleshooting.

I need help with my G7000 Cannon printer and do not understand the on-line manual. How do I change from the rear paper feed to the front paper cassette?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Canon G7000 printer. Here are the steps to change the paper source from the rear paper feed to the front paper cassette:
  1. Make sure that the printer is turned on.
  2. Open the paper output tray and the front cover.
  3. Slide out the paper cassette located at the bottom of the printer.
  4. Press the release button on the back of the printer and pull out the paper support.
  5. Slide the paper guides on the cassette to match the size of the paper you're using.
  6. Load the paper into the cassette with the print side facing down and the top edge going in first.
  7. Insert the cassette back into the printer until it clicks into place.
  8. Close the front cover and the paper output tray.
Once you've completed these steps, your printer should automatically detect the paper cassette as the paper source. If you want to switch back to the rear paper feed, simply repeat the process but select the rear paper feed option instead. I hope this helps! If you continue to have issues, please let me know and I'll try my best to assist you further.

Cannon iR7200errorcode238 expline

The paper jam error code for the Cannon iR7200 is 238. It indicates that there is paper stuck in the printer's paper feed route. Open the front access panel gently and take out the pieces of jammed paper to clear the paper jam. Look for any pieces of paper that may have become stuck in the paper feed channel and take them out. Before attempting to unclog the paper jam, unplug the power cord.
