My printer, canon IR2016, is showing Error E007; how can i fix it?

Hello:

There is a window on the film sleeve of the IR that passes through a sensor board and lets the machine know that its rotating. If the window gets coated with toner, film sleeve gets torn, sleeve does not rotate or the sensor board is defective it generates a E007. On Canons, E007 Nearly always,if not always, refers to the fixing unit film assembly.. If you are not experienced with this unit it can be difficult..
In another words the fuser fixing film is either not turning or torn and needs to be replaced. you can try and reset the error code in service mode and see if it will work. If that didn't work , then I recommend calling Canon support .
