I experienced a paper jam then the printer started experiencing imperfections in the color. What should I do?

check that the paper lay flat in the printer tray
check that there is no piece of paper in the printer

if the light is red and TONER COLORS LED all LEDs off

• The machine is experiencing an error, such as jammed paper, open cover, empty paper, installed waste toner container, or full waste toner container.
• The machine is experiencing a service required error, such as LSU error, fuser error, or Contact your sales or service representative.

if the light is red and TONER COLORS LED each LED lights red.

• Each toner cartridge is totally exhausted. You can not print.
• Each toner cartridge is wrong.

You have done a very bad thing to your printer. Inkjet photo paper has a gel coating to **** up the ink and produce the shiny image. When the laser printer tries to fuse an image to this paper, the gel coating melts and gums up the works. If you can't get the paper out, buy a new one and save all of your cartridges. Use only glossy laserjet paper in a LaserJet

Hi, it sounds like your printer experiencing a hardware failure thats why the error light still on. The sensor that detects paper jam or any obstruction might be defective. Aside from that your printer may also experienced a motion carriage error. You can to power cycle the printer & check ink cartridge. if the error still present your printer might be needed to be send to the nearest Epson Service center.
