My Canon ImageRunner have this error code E000007-0000, what does it mean?

The rotation of the fixing film is faulty,you have to feplace it,or replace the main thermistor,if fix. film is okay.but first, reset it in service modeCOPIER<FUNCTION<CLEAR <ERR

Fuser film is defective or broken or sensor board,not rotating fuctionaly

The first thing I tend to do with any fault on a computer or related hardware, is to turn it off, unplug it from the power supply, turn off and unplug the rest of the system components. Wait for a few minutes, plug the equipment back in and turn all components on and then reboot the computer.
If you have already done all this and th error came back then you probably need to replace the main thermistor and / or the DC controller PCB, as detailed here:

This site is very useful as by using the drop down menus near the top of the page you can select different printer makes, models and their error codes. You can also get a service manual here, rather than just a user guide, albeit for a relatively small cost, especially when compared to the printer.

The fixing film rotion sensor detects undefined rotation. The frequent probable cause is physical damage (teared off) of the film(sleeve).
Either the film has to be replaced for minimum repair cost with checking the heater contact points cleaned or the fixing film assy.to be replaced for better assurance.
If the problem persists.the rotation sensor including harness to checked. Beyond this the DC CON card may be cross checked.
