Error code E0000001-0002

Giving error code E0000001-0002. Turn Manu power switch off & on again. Contact service rep with error code below. What does this mean and how to correct

That's a fuser temperature code that will need to be cleared in service mode. Press the additional functions key * then press 2

    somehow my message didnt take all the way. anyways to access service mode press Additional functions key then 2 nd 8 at the SAME time then the additional functions key again. Select Copier from the left of the screen then "Function" on the upper row of menu names Then unde this menu is a clear option go into this and find "ERR" highlisht this and select "OK" in the bottom right of the screen. Power cycle the machine and your code should be cleared, if not cotact your local service rep cause the fuser will need rebuilt.

SERVICE ERROR 6000

Use this:
1. Turn off printer
2. Hold down Resume button and press Power button
3. Keep holding down Power button and let Resume button go
4. Press Resume button 2 times then let BOTH buttons go.
5. Green lights will flash and stop blinking.
6. When green lights are solid, press the Resume button 4 times.
7. Press the Power button and the printer should turn off, if not, press the Power button once more
8. Your printer should respond as normal.

A E000 coeds means the error history has detected any one of the following error codes 4 times :E001;E002;E003.
The error can be cleared in the service mode.

Service error 5100

may be the driver are not installed correctly ... just try reinstalling the drivers ... and make a check that you have inserted the ink cartilage or not ...
if not insert it and then give try ... it may work ..

if problem persists then call the service rep ...
