I am recieving blank faxes

The fax machine has been working fine but the last couple of faxes that have been sent to me are just coming through as blank paper. As these are being sent from different companies i know it must be my fax machine. There are no messages on the screen saying that the ink has ran out or anything so im stuck as to what to do. Any suggestions would be very appreciated as i have lost the manual!! Thanks

I have new Panosonic Fax Machine and today it is recieving a few ok and alot BLANK. Can anyone help.

I've seen this many times before, when a customer / account gets a new fax machine, or is using a different fax machine. All the other faxes go through without a hitch, except for these. If fax machines become a couple generations apart / 10 years, they won'
t communicate sufficiently enough to make the fax hand shake and the Fax fails to go through.

Outgoing fax was received as blank

Hello,

Make sure that you sent the fax face down.
If all your faxes are sent blank, there may be a problem with the scanner. Try making a photo copy placing the page face down, if your copy comes out blank then the scanner is finished.

If your photocopy does not come out blank then the problem is on the other end and not your machine.

Faxes coming in print fine but outgoing faxes people are saying are coming out blank on their end

If outgoing faxes are turning up blank on the recipients end, you may be putting the paper to be faxed in backwards. Outgoing faxes should be sent face-down. If you are sending properly, either your scanner is failing (test it by copying a document) or the recipient is having fax issues on their end.

Winfax will not recieve

Unplug your fax machine. It's conflicting with your fax modem. If you have an All-In-One Fax , disconnect it from the telephone line.

3150 fax machine outputs a blank page when my fax sends to it

(05) Would you, please, SEND a fax from the machine that blank faxes are being received from to a different recipient on a different fax machine all together, please?

This will enable us to pin down which machine is really experiencing the issue.

try this

> print a fax test
> decrease the speed at which the faxes are being sent.
you can perform these from the menu button on the printer

HP LaserJet 3330MFP quit recieving & sending faxes

Your Line Interface Unit (L.I.U.) is bad. The part # is C9138-60001. Google for part availability.
1 Open or remove the left side door.
2 Remove one screw at the left of the formatter board.
3 Disconnect the flat flexible cable from the connector.
4 Rotate the LIU around the hooks to remove.

It's about a 5 min job. Good Luck.
