Fax Confirmation Page

Hi there!
For you to setup the confirmation here's what you can do:
-Press Menu/set 2,4,1 -Press the Up or Down arrow key and select ON you can select On+Image to get a confirmation with the image of the document that u fax. -Press Menu/set to confirm -Press Stop/exit
To print the confirmation page for your last transaction just press Reports and press the up or down arrow key to select Transmission

If you require printed confirmation that your faxes weresuccessfully sent, follow these instructions to enable fax confirmation beforesending any faxes. The default fax confirmation setting is Off. This meansthat a confirmation report is not printed for each fax sent or received. Aconfirmation message indicating whether a fax was successfully sent appearsbriefly on the control-panel display after each transaction. NOTE: You can include an image of the first page of the faxon the Fax Sent Confirmation report if you choose On Fax Send or Send &Receive, and if you scan the fax to send from memory To enable fax confirmation

On the printer :

1. Press Setup ( ).
2. Press the right arrow button ( ) to select Print Report , and then press OK .
3. Press the right arrow button ( ) to select one of the following options:
   • On Fax Send: Print a confirmation page every time you send a fax.
   • On Fax Receive: Print a confirmation page every time you receive a fax.
   • Send & Receive: Print a confirmation page every time you send or receive a fax.
4. Press OK .

Print fax confirmation reports
If you need printed confirmation that your faxes were successfully sent, follow these instructions to enable fax confirmation before sending any faxes. Select either On Fax Send or Send & Receive.
The default fax confirmation setting is Off. This means that the HP All-in-One will not print a confirmation report for each fax sent or received. A confirmation message indicating whether a fax was successfully sent appears briefly on the display after
each transaction.
To enable fax confirmation from the control panel
1. Press Setup.
2. Press 2, and then press 1.
This selects Print Report and then selects Fax Confirmation.
3. Press to select one of the following, and then press OK.

Off Does not print a fax confirmation report when you send and
receive faxes successfully. This is the default setting.
On Fax Send Prints a fax confirmation report for every fax you send.
On Fax Receive Prints a fax confirmation report for every fax you receive.
Send & Receive Prints a fax confirmation report for every fax you send and receive.

Tip If you choose On Fax Send or Send & Receive, and scan your fax to send from memory, you can include an image of the first page of the fax on the Fax Sent Confirmation report. Press Setup, press 2, and then press 2 again. Select On from the Image on Fax Send Report menu.

If you have a reports button, press it and select the user settings report. Without a button, press menu button and scroll to reports and choose user settings. This report tells you what settings you can change and where they are. Most Brother machines only have an error report setting so that it just tells you when a fax doesn't go through.

Touch ADMINISTRATION then touch CONFIGURATION PAGES then MENUMAP and that will print a guide for you to look for FAX REPORTS and when to print them. You can also have a thumbnail put on a report

Scroll through your menus and look for TX CONFIRMATION set it for incomplete only or never
