you can disconnect the printer fron the power outlet and wait 5 min and reconnect.. if don`t resolve the problem you need to open the printer and find a smmal piece of paper jammed in the rolling. pls click if my solution was helpful and good luck

Sounds like paper not feeding in on time, usually should pop a code, but you could try cleaning paper feed wheel with something like light cleaner, not something strong.good luck
How do I reprint an incoming fax
It's a .tiff file. Some photo edit programs will own them. Also try inserting it in a blank MS Word document. Then print the document.
