Usually caused by a sticking density sensor solenoid and can easily be repaired.

• Remove the rear cover

• Remove the fuser

• Remove the Hi Voltage PCB

• Check the angled density sensor window for sticking. When you move it, it should spring right back. If it hesitates at all, repair the solenoid.

• Remove the old foam and replace it with adhesive labels.

• Reassemble machine and test.

Print unable 32 is dirt or scratch on the transfer belt assembly. There's a timing mark on the belt that a sensor must read. If the belt is damaged, you will need a new one.

press the 3 and 9 button at the same time in ready mode.

then the reset menu will appear, press the up or down arrow until you get to drum.

press ok,
and select 1 to reset or 2 to exit.
it will return the ready state and your done.

The problem is the spring that is located below the lever right in front of the clear plastic roller has lost its spring. If you remove the spring and stretch it a bit it will resolve the problem.

Do U mean wrinkle the envelopes?,,,,I can solve some MFC-9840-CDW issues, but the 7369N is a guess. Read your manual or do a google search.....There maybe a setting in the 7360N that adjusts printing for card stock and envelopes....

The service manual will be hard if not impossible to find. They only release those to factory authorized service centers. If you just need it for the fuser replacement instructions then often those will be either in the operators manual which is easy to find or the instructions will be in the box that the fuser comes in.
