The freezer door may be misaligned from top to bottom, resulting in poor contact with the magnetic seal. Another possibility is that the hinges are defective or misaligned, allowing the door to pop open.

There are several issues that need to be checked. What mode is the deffroster set to? There are several modes to check. There is a heater coil under the pan to assist in evaporating the water from the condensation tray. If you are in a high humidity area the condensation could be from that. I have attached the service manual for that unit to this post.

Possibly blocked drain from evaporator. When fridge goes into reverse cycle ice melts on evaporator and drains to a dish on the motor housing, this evaporates when motor runs. May have a crack in this dish or drain pipe has a hole or not draining into dish.

It's likely screwed down. You will either see some screws at the front top of the refrigerator that are screwed into the countertop above or an anti tip bracket in the rear that you can't see. If you don't see any screws attaching it to the countertop, try shoving is back towards the wall and the tipping it forward. That should remove it from the anti tip bracket, if installed.
