sounds like you may have system issue need service

thermal limiter shuts down lights if door open too long usually no issues with this i would get your manual and make sure its not in vacation mode

5hr is shr showroom mode is turned on

could be numerous issues that stop machine from working but as its outdoors i would remove condensate drain pump and make it a gravity drain if drain pump fails will shut down power to unit

fridge does not have to be removed to clean coils unless you have a lot of furry pets seems too soon for cleaning condenser coils

try shutting the power off to the unit, tere is an on/off switch behind the top grill. It will reset the control board.

Thermostat is not calibrated properly. It is new so replace the unit with one that works properly.

pull power cord. count too 50, then plugg back into power. the reset is in the dial, turn off and then back on? lol.

Find the breaker that the refrigerator is on and shut it off. Wait about 5 minutes and turn it back on.

this unit is operated by a main control board. need to pull all shelves and pull rear panel and test with multi meter the heater and defrost thermostat. if both are good replace board.

you need to remove all freezer shelves and remove rear panel in freezer. under the coils is drain pan and drain hole.

When you turn it counterclockwise it will stop. then.. oops is the water off? then once it stops pull down on it and it will release from the head.Reverse procedure to install.

Very common problem no matter the brand.

Remove the center grill of the top grill and shut the power off and back on, the lights should reset

When the lights are working open the Ref door then close the freezer drawer, watching to see if the light in the freezer shuts off. It should shut off when the freezer is about 1" from closing. If it stays on until the door is fully closed then there is a problem with the light switch in the freezer.

Normally when you leave the doors open until the lights shut off, it should reset when both doors are closed

problem water in a fridge is moisture from the atmosphere--normally from opening the door but in your case from the damaged door seal any tear regardless, compromises the compartment so have the seal replaced then see if you have a problem

There are two solenoid valves usually at the bottom of fridge in the back. These valves control the water to ice maker and water dispenser. They are replaced as a set. This is the first place to look. Generally this valve goes bad and solenoid does not open when ice maker signals it to open.
