This is the 2nd time
could be numerous issues that stop machine from working
but as its outdoors i would remove condensate drain pump
and make it a gravity drain
if drain pump fails will shut down power to unit

Beeping noise
try shutting the power off to the unit, tere is an on/off switch behind the top grill. It will reset the control board.
I'm not sure if
Thermostat is not calibrated properly. It is new so replace the unit with one that works properly.

PGE recently turn off the
Find the breaker that the refrigerator is on and shut it off. Wait about 5 minutes and turn it back on.
DFRB364R Viking is freezing up
this unit is operated by a main control board. need to pull all shelves and pull rear panel and test with multi meter the heater and defrost thermostat. if both are good replace board.

I am trying to change
When you turn it counterclockwise it will stop. then.. oops is the water off? then once it stops pull down on it and it will release from the head.Reverse procedure to install.

I have a side by side Viking refrigerator and
Remove the center grill of the top grill and shut the power off and back on, the lights should reset
When the lights are working open the Ref door then close the freezer drawer, watching to see if the light in the freezer shuts off. It should shut off when the freezer is about 1" from closing. If it stays on until the door is fully closed then there is a problem with the light switch in the freezer.
Normally when you leave the doors open until the lights shut off, it should reset when both doors are closed
