Check here for the code: just look for the code, doesn't matter what machine type, they use the same code for different types of models

Getting e711 error message, requires restart and still gets same error

There is a communication error between the machine and one of the accessories.
Turn the copier off, disconnect all accessories (sorter, feeder) and try again.

You may want to reconnect them one at a time to see which one is bad.

P8 error code on cannon mp260 cannot get to print

The 8 error code just means that the ink absorber is full and needs to be replaced. Power cycling will not help this problem. You need to replace the absorber and reset the counter

What does error message E711 mean on a Canon Copier NP6230?

E711 on the NP6230 points to a DC controller fault. Unless you can get the part literally free, it's not worth replacing - something else could be damaged along with the DC controller and you will not know until you've replaced it. Walk away
