The Scanning lamp has gone dark at the ends due to old age, or perhaps a fault in the composite DC Power supply. Try replacing the flourescent lamp first.
Hello sir; The error code you display 803 & 805 could be come from same problem, both all are composite board 24 volt supply problem, replace composite board will take care this problem. good luck.

E-071 0003: There is an error in the rising edge timing of the signal plate detected by the C sensor.
The transfer drum isnt rotating or the machine "thinks" the drum isnt rotating. Check for mechanical interferance and check the drawer connectors for paper and debris
As for the guest with the E-803 error, thats not really the same thing at all. I guess both error codes have a "3" in it but thats about all.
E-803: During operation the CPU does not detect a 24V output for 5 sec while the transfer unit, the left door, and the delivery door are closed.
Check the aformentioned doors and switches but most likely it is the power cut relay that is faulty. The relay is located on the lower left hand side beside the main power supply. The relay contacts become pitted and burnt over time.
