I have an Epson C120 Ink-Jet Printer that stops printing at
Perforated sections. The printer is new and I've cleaned it
and adjusted paper quality settings. Am considering returning it.
Any advise?
The sensors cant see paper on the perforated part/side.

Make sure that you use the right type of paper and that you stored them properly. Also when feeding the paper, make sure that it's fitted snuggly in the tray. Check your toner cartridge and transfer roller too. Learn more basic troubleshooting here.
