We have a Canon Faxphone L170. Someone sent a fax and the readout says incorrect paper size. I changed to legal paper, but this didn't help. The fax is stored in memory. I can't find our book to see how to get it out of memory and printed. Thank you.
On the controll panel there is a diamond shape picture with a eye in it.press that bottom and clear the fax that you received.There is no other way.You will have to phone the sender and ask them to change the papersize settings on the fax machine.
