Hi,
The drain may very well be blocked with ice....that is not at all uncommon...

Let the fridge off for a day to clear any ice and then blow through the drain to make sure it is open...

Then follow this tip to install a heater that will keep the drain open...

That's a water filter error code.

Did you just change the water filter? If not, do so.

If you didn't change it or changing it doesn't solve it, the next step is to ensure there's no air trapped in the system. Get 2 or 3 glasses of water at the door.

If the error code still shows, press and hold the Filter button for 10 seconds which should re-set the code.

If that sorts it out, let us know what worked please. This helps other people with a similar problem know.

However, iIf you still have trouble and the appliance is still in warranty (possibly 2 years or more depending on where you bought it), call the company and provide the model and serial number and they should be able to tell you.

If in warranty, arrange a service call.
