That sounds like a power glitch. Try pressing and holding the power freeze and power cool buttons at the same time for about 8 to 13 seconds and see if it clears.

If that doesn't do it, let me know and I'll dig up the Fast Track on it.

If you've got ice on the back wall but 54 degrees in the front of the fridge, that points to an air circulation issue. Ensure that there is air blowing out from the back of the fridge where the ice is, and also make sure that you don't overcrowd your fridge.

Simply hold the POWER SAVE and LIGHTING
buttons (or FRIDGE and FREEZER) simultaneously for
about 5 to 6 seconds and the panel will reset automatically.

Also sometimes just unplug the refrigerator this +usually) resets your default codes

Hi ndb2157,

Please determine whether the ice bucket is being blocked by the ice or by the part of the icemaker is being dislodged. If it's ice blocking it, please reinsert the bucket, closing the doors, then dispense some ice to see if the auger in the bucket can move the ice out of the way so the bucket can be removed.

Hope it helps.

Thank you for using FixYa.

My Samsung French-door frig had the same problem - try resetting ice maker - red button on the side of the ice maker. If that doesn't work call Samsung service - I had a bad circuit board which needed to be replaced by local Samsung repair service.

My samsung rf265ab did the same thing after I was cleaning it and the door was open for an extended time. I noticed the the light bulbs looked good and also notice 2 tiny black buttons between the light bulbs. They were slightly extended. I pushed both in and when I opened the fridge again the lights were working. Don't know if I fixed it or just a coincidence.

I have the same problem!!! We need a class action lawsuit against Samsung for this problem on their French Door fridge. Instead of fixing it they want the consumer to pay for repair. NO MORE SAMSUNG PRODUCTS FOR ME!!!!!

Is it getting water? If not, Most likely water valve is faulty and not letting water through, or feed tube through back freezer wall to ice maker is frozen which would be caused by dripping valve. It's either the valve or the ice maker not sending voltage to valve.

Your settings should be -5 to -10 in freezer and +37 in the fresh food compartment. This will keep the unit from running too long and your floor temp to be normal..

the front supports are threaded to allow for the adjustment and levelling
while you want the appearance to be in line with everything else, the next complaint will be that it is not cooling properly or the door will not close properly
unfortunately fridges do not come with a self closing door and people are forgetful and that is why it is best to have a slight slope to compensate for forgetful people and yes it is good old cheap gravity

Best way is DO NOT use the spring.Use a common elastic at the bottom of the folding flap run around the flap to a short small screww you would drill into the plastic under the door. This lasts longer than the spring and when it gets tired, just replace with another elastic, lasts for years and works better.
