Did you try and copy something? or use another machine? Blank pages are usually the computer sending a job that contained no print information but not always-- tell me more.

Re check all the connections. When taking off the paper feed assay, other parts and plug and jack connections were needed to be taken off first. Make sure the drum seats in its correct position, silver grounds are not bent. The copy cartridge and Dev housing are not connecting very good somewhere. Make sure the machine is unplugged. Try running copies.
It is not the toner. There are 2 things you can try yourself, anything else requires service. First try opeing and closing the right hand side door. Try this several times if necessary. There are contacts in this door that sometimes don't make contact and opening/closing the door will sometimes resolve blank copies. The other thing you can try is remove the toner then pull out and reseat the drum unit. Here again there are contacts that need to be made that can cause blank copies.

There may be multiple reasons why your prints are blank. To resolve this problem, we have an easy Step-by-Step Solutions and Repair tool.
Can you do a simple color or b/w copy job? If yes, the ph is OK and you might have to reinstall the drivers (delete before that the old ones).
If you cant see any copy job (blank paper) you should change to original carts and run the manual cleaning procedure twice. Wait a few hours an try to do the printing again. You might have to run the cleaning procedure twice again!
Can you make a copy and get a good print? Does the blank pages come from different people? If you still get a blank from making a copy, then try a different toner and or drum unit. Hopefully it is still under warranty.
