Blank page when I copy or print reports

I'll assume your printer is wasting paper.
Firstly remove the paper, that should stop it, then try and enter Centreware, check the www.Xerox.com website as to how to do that. From there you will have more control from there.
Replace the paper as a check, and hopefully the problem will be sorted.

Please remove the paper and see what happens next.
Open up the print driver and look to see if the queue is full of prints not sent, If so, delete them from there.
Check over the information the configuration page if any thing looks irregular.
Check the settings against the copy first printed when the printer was first installed, it might be tucked inside the machine panels.
This problem looks like finger trouble to me. Further investigation is needed. When your sure everything is as it should be, replace the paper in the tray again.

it could be that the roller needs cleaning, how you do that, I don't know, but that's my guess. try printing blank white pages and see if they come out dirty

Check pick Tray 2 up rollers surface, if its soft replace them.. try..

sounds like the unit has an issue with one of the rollers not activating. contact a repair technition, any one worth their weight should be able to diagnose in a few hours. units with so many moving parts are hard to diagnose without visuals.

I would suggest trying a new toner cartridge, the probem can also be on the drum unit. Try a half print and see if ther is any images on the drum uni.

Printing Service Reports
1. To access Service reports, follow the Entering UI Diagnostics procedure.
2. After entering the Access Number, press the Machine Status button on the Control
Panel.
3. Select the Billing Meter/Print Reports tab on the display.
4. Press the Print Reports/List button.
5. Press the CE button.
6. The following reports can be printed.
• Debug Log Report
• HFSI Report
• Jam Report
• Shutdown Report
• Failure Report
• Protocol Monitor Report
7. Select the required report and press the Start button. The selected report will be printed.

on the 416, click on the "machine status" button next to the lcd screen. scroll down to number 09, which is "Total Print Counter".

What happens when you print a report? Do you get print then? If you can print reports and then you get blank copies the problem is your scanner. If you can't print or copy, then the problem is in either the drum, I would say 30 percent, or laser probably 70 percent.
But we have to find out if it will print a report. Do you use the machine as a fax ? Do they print ok?

your toner has nothing to do with sending/receiving faxes. If you can print to the xerox...something is wrong with the software..
delete and re-install software..Xerox website is useless
check the black sensor that dangles into the paper tray. wiggle it up and down, ahten resintalled the tray
