Recently i found there are some problem with my all-in-on system. receiving incoming fax in the memory, displaying "memory received" but never print out.
I wonder if there is a way to retrieve fax from memory and print out manually?
In 3 second make combination on you Samsung 4521F 'Menu'-#-1-9-3-4. You will enter in tech menu. Select 'toner'-new toner-yes. You will receive faxes. It really works.

I had the same problem and the solutions is simple. omnipresent is right that WHILE USING REFILLED TONERS , THE MACHINE DOES NOT SENSE THAT TONER HAS BEEN REPLACED but you don't need to speend money for new cartridge head. All you have to do is to set the maschine to ignore the Toner Empty Alert. You can easily find this option in your SCX-4521F menu. Good luck to all of you.

The solution is easy ; enter menu, select ignor tonner enter yes.

Incoming fax not received
WHILE USING REFILLED TONERS , THE MACHINE DOES NOT SENSE THAT TONER HAS BEEN REPLACED , THEREFOR IT WILL NOT PRINT YR FAXES.
YOU NEED EITHER REPLACE WITH A NEW TONER CARTRIDGE OR USE A CSENSING FUSE CHIP ON THE TONER TO MAKE IT SENSE THE REFILLED CARTRIDGE

I had a solution. In stead of clicking scan to on printer , go to smart thru in computer and click on scan it really works

I am having the same problem, the manual says it should print out itself. However this is not the case... I installed the disc that came with the machine, however no luck. It appears we may have to take it to the repair facility.

i refilled toner and now machine still flashing "toner empty" but printing is ok. maybe it does matter?
thanks,omnipresent,I tried to find where the fuse is,but came out there is no fuse in my particular toner. just forget about it. receiving fax is not major work for me.
thanks, Tzarski, your solution works! I set the "ignore the toner" off in manu, the machine printed out all the pages in memory automatically.
