Hello Chris,

Please check the followings:
1. Are the multi-feed conditions and paper quality requirements satisfied? - Please confirm whether the documents satisfy the conditions described in "Multi-feed detection condition" and "Document quality" of Error Recovery Guide.
2. Did you fan the document before setting? Has the document just been printed with copier or laser printer? - Please reduce sheets of the document or fan the document 3 to 4 times to remove static electricity.
3. Is the thickness of the bundle of documents less than 5 mm?-Please reduce the number of sheets of the document to satisfy the condition.
4. Is the Brake Roller dirty? - Clean the same
5. Is the Brake Roller set properly? - Please install the Brake Roller correctly.
6. Is the Brake Roller worn out? - Please check Brake Roller and Pick Roller counters, if the recommended cycle has exceeded or if the Brake roller is worn off, then please replace the Brake Roller.
If the above information doesn't help, please contact an authorized FUJITSU scanner service provider or the dealer where you purchased the scanner.

Hope the above information is helpful.

Thanks & regards,
ScanCare

How do i scan multiple pages and sav it to my documents. It seems like i am only able to scan and save one page at a time

Hi

If you have a Top feeder on the scanner, you can scan mutiple pages. Change the setting of the scanned file to pdf file (not JPEG) by going to the scanner icon and change the type of file you want to scan. Scan it as PDF FILE and then it will scan multiple pages. Regards

Scanning Multiple pages into one pdf

Scanning a multi-page document as a .pdf file reverts the settings for rotation, selected area, etc. to default for any pages after the first page. This applies to Mac OSX 10.3, 10.4, & 10.5. A simple, but tedious work-around is to scan each page as a separate file and easily recombine them using OSX Preview. Just open the first page, view the Sidebar, and drag-drop the additional page files into the sidebar. Save and it's all one multi-page .pdf.

HP C6180 will NOT scan multiple pages into one file

If you want to scan multiple pages, go to HP Scan Pro, click on the SCAN menu, and then make sure that "Documents" is checked under "New Scan." This will allow you to scan multiple pages and it will scan black n white or color...whatever you place on the glass.

Scanner is not reading multiple pages...

Check your scanning software settings. If you are getting only one file output, then you must have chosen 'multipage' option.

Scanning...

What do you mean scan? Is it from the printer to the computer? Or just plain copy? When you want to scan to the computer, you need a software that can scan multiple pages. HP's document feeder can copy and fax multiple pages, so if the software supports multiple pages scanning, then I'm sure it can.
