I have that problem with my fi-6130 too, but the message specifically states "abnormality has occurred during communication." So the comments on paper jams (which I've not had) appear to be wild guesses unrelated to whatever is actually happening. But those messages are very old, so apparently their system is guessing what answers to throw at a question it cannot handle....
