HP 4630 printer has error code oxc4eb827f

Welcome to the HP Support Forums!

I see that you're getting the error code: 0xc4eb827f on the front panel of your HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Printer. I'd like to assist you today with resolving this error. The failure itself may be within the print system in your printer. Due to the error state there is only one support step that we can attempt, which is a Reset. Can you please follow the steps below.

Reset the Printer:
Without turning off the printer, disconnect the USB cable from the rear of the printer.
Remove the ink cartridges from the printer. *
Wait until a message to insert the ink cartridges displays. If you do not see a message within a few minutes, skip to step 4 to disconnect the power cord.
Disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Wait 60 seconds.
Reconnect the power cord. If the printer does not automatically turn on, press the Power button.
Reinsert the ink cartridges, and then close any open doors on the printer.
If you receive a prompt to print a calibration page, do so.
If you disconnected the USB cable, reconnect it to the rear of the printer.
Try to print.

Copy to Hp support.. hope this will help

Looks like a braille text

Open the HP Printer Toolkit (this software was installed from the CD-ROM that came with the HP printer) and run a "cleaning cycle",
because some of the ink-jets are clogged, which results in the "all-white" horizontal lines, where some part of that line should be black.

Printer lines in photo's

Click Start - All programs - HP - HP Solution center.

In HP solution center Click on the Printing Shortcuts tab. Select Photoprinting with borders or borderless. Click OK.
Then close the HP solution center. Try printing. Print photos always with Best quality.

If the issue persists check the ink level of both cartridges and use Photos Cartridge HP 58 to print photos. We insert the Photo cartridge in place of black cartridge.

Thanks

I would suggest you get a set of original HP cartridges .. I have clients trying to save $ all the time by buying refilled and/or refilling themselves to only go and get HP brand. Refills just don't cut it .. leaks, poor print quality, unrecognized cartridges .. there are so many things that I can point out .. save yourself the hassles .. get HP

HP Photosmart 7760 wierd colours and white lines

In this case I would suggest you to clean the cartridges of the printer.

Cleaning the ink cartridges with the HP Printer Toolbox
  1. Click Start .
  2. Click Settings .
  3. Click Printers .
  4. Right-click the icon of the printer in use.
  5. Click Properties .
  6. Click the Services tab.
  7. Click Open the HP Photosmart Toolbox or Service this device.
  8. Click the Device Services tab. This tab does not display in Windows XP; proceed to the next step.
  9. Click Clean the Print Cartridges .
  10. Follow the onscreen prompts.
Manually cleaning the ink cartridges
  1. Turn the printer on and lift the top cover.
  2. After the ink cartridges have moved to the center of the printer, unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
  3. Remove the ink cartridges and place them wide side down on a piece of paper.
  4. Prepare a clean, foam-rubber swab or a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water.
  5. Locate the copper-colored circuitry strip on the back of each cartridge.
  6. Clean the copper-colored strip with the dampened swab or cloth. Do not wipe the nozzle end of the cartridge or touch the nozzle plate.
  7. Clean the carriage contacts on the back wall of the ink cartridge carriage with a damp foam-rubber swab or lint-free cloth. Use a dry foam-rubber swab or a lint-free cloth to remove moisture from the contacts.
Cleaning the ink cartridge cradle
  1. Assume an eye level position with the HP Photosmart printer.
  2. Locate the ink cartridge cradle.
  3. Using clean, moistened swabs, wipe the underside of each wall of the carriage where fibers may collect and come in contact with the paper. Repeat until no ink residue is seen on a clean swab.
  4. Reconnect power cord when finished cleaning.
  5. When finished cleaning the ink cartridges and the cradle, print a test page.

Cartridges usually do not damage paper. you may have something out of place inside printer. Take a flashlight and shine inside the printer to see if you see paper stuck somewhere.

Code Error B0605

B0605 message. Follow HP's directions at http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?objectID=c01687323&lang=en&cc=us&conte... and put the printer in BootCode mode then ran the firmware updater. The directions indicated that the printer would restart on it's own, but if does not, so let the printer sit for about a minute after the Firmware Updater says it was done, then power down the printer and pull out it's power cord. Let it sit for about 15 seconds, then plug it back in and start it up. When the printer starts up, the printer's display may go through a bunch of messages (Erasing...) for a few seconds. When it finishes with all of the messages, you should be able to print to the printer again. I hope this helps. Regards, Mike

79 service error hp laserjet pro 200 m276nw

I had the 79 service error on my Laserjet pro 200 m276nw. The manual says this is "The product has experienced an internal firmware error." and gives no further diagnostic steps. Thanks HP for nothing! Repair manual downloads: https://www.printersupplies.com/amfile/file/download/file/20/product/5896/ https://www.laserexpressinc.com/manuals/HP/hp-clj-pro-200-m276-troubleshooting-manual.pdf The initial symptoms was that it would randomly restart and then get stuck in the 79 error. If you turned the printer off and on, it would get stuck in the 79 error about half the time. It would get to the part where it runs the sheet scanner motors with a kind of sickly sound and then just quit. To view the diagnostic Error Report log on the secondary service menu Click on setup icon, Touch middle left below home button and lower right below question mark. to activate 2nd service menu to print error report The Error Report had an error: Abort Task: IO_usbhost_urb_complete I found that all of the boards for this printer are relatively inexpensive, so I bought every board for this printer on Ebay. HIgh Voltage Power Supply: RM1-8705 HVPS $24.95 Fuser Power Supply RM1-8709-000CN $20.00 Formatter w/wireless card CF224-60001 $42.00 DC Controller RM1-8704 $25 Low Voltage Power supply RM1-9012-000CN $34 Universal Serial Bus (USB) CF368-60001 $13 Things only got worse. The yellow toner stopped working and the remaining colors were out of alignment. It would also only print in black and white. It then began to print solid black pages. I was about to give up, so I began putting the old boards back in since it seemed to be getting worse after spending $159 on parts. I replaced the formatter board which didn't do anything. Then I replaced the DC Controller board and BINGO, that seemed to fix the printer. I don't think the board itself was defective, but maybe there was a loose wire or connection that eventually fixed itself with the install/uninstall process. I'm still not sure and I'm not going to mess with it while it is working since these multi-function printers are expensive to replace. So, if you get the dreaded 79 error, you might try to unplug/plug every connector to make sure everything is tight.
