When I go to print, the printer seams to go through everything except the paper comes out blank...
This is a very common Epson problem. There are many posts about it on www.fixyourownprinter.com, with some solutions. After you try all the things that CouchTim suggests, you may need to look for the problem they describe of two ink supply lines coming apart, and put them back together. Or clean out clogs in them. If your printer is still in warranty, call Epson. Their usual response seems to be to send you a new printer. If it's out of warranty by only a very short time, try anyway -- if you're upset enough they may send a replacement anyway. If it's WAY out of warranty, they don't help you figure out how you can try to fix it yourself but they will tell you where you can take it to be repaired. My local authorized Epson repair person wants $35 flat fee plus parts to fix whatever is wrong. I haven't decided yet whether I want to pay that. I love the way they work when they work -- fast and pretty -- but I think they are designed to break, the way the cartridges are designed to stop letting you print when you can still feel the ink inside sloshing around in the "empty" cartridge.
Lacy, Other than obvious, Do you have ink?...Have you tried running the nozzle cleaner from with print properties? Has your ink maybe dried up. Try to reset the ink cartridge(s)..look at the bottom of the cartridge and see if the ink looks fresh(wet) or is it dry? Have you tried printing from more than one program? You can find other info here and download new drivers if need be. http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?BV_UseBVCookie=yes&infoType=FAQs&oid=41662&prodoid=46048264&category=Products Good Luck, Tim
