Sir, I have Cannon IR 6570 Error Code E0000013 appear tonight, Please guide me how to solve

error code relative to the clogging of toner inside the waste toner auger tube. this will require a technician.

Hi. This error code means that the fixing unit motor is unable to turn, it could be just a paper jam, or the bearings have seized, either way you will have to strip down the fixing unit, it is very common on this model for the lower roller bearings to seize. Good luck

Looking at what the error is, getting into the service mode will not allow you to fix it; you have some parts to replace first.

Error has to do with the toner bottle not turning. Check to see if bottle is bound up. Remove and reinstall.

is there an error code appear on panel display?
if there a error appear try to reset you may press * key,press 2&8 simultaneously, the select copier then select fuction then clear then error then ok then turn off& on
