I am using canon lbp3300 printer.i am using windows98 and pagemaker but i cant take print out from pagemaker software.is it not supporting windows 98 or any setting is to made for pagemaker?

How to specify the paper size and page setup
This section describes the procedure for specifying the paper size or page setup when printing from an application, taking Adobe Reader 6.0 as an example.
Note: The screen shots used in this section are from Windows XP Home Edition.
1. Open the PDF file to print with Adobe Reader, and then select [Print Setup] from the [File] menu.

2. Specify the paper size of the document and the printing orientation, then click [OK].

3. Select [Print] from the [File] menu.

4. Select this printer for [Name] or [Printer Name], and then specify the printing preferences.

Note: The printer name displayed in this dialog box can be changed in the [Printers and Faxes] folder (the [Printers] folder for Windows 98/Me/2000).

2. START MENU
3. Printers and Faxes
4. Right Click on Canon LBP3300
5. Properties
6. Divice Setting
7. Click on Show icon in the Taskbar
8. Apply
9. Ok
10. & Go to Taskbar
11. Click on Printer Status Window
12. & Click Canon LBP3300
13. Option
14. Utility
15. Configuration Page Print
16. Click OK

Try going to the Canon website and download your software. ( http://software.canon-europe.com/products/0010647.asp )

Uninstall any software that you may already have install for the Canon by going to ' add & remove programs ', uninstall your canon printer by going to ' printers & faxes, disconnect your Canon printer from your computer.

Reboot your computer.

Install the Canon printer software that you downloaded.

Hook up your Canon printer to your computer.

The software should install automatically. If not, re-install the software you downloaded.

It won't run on Windows 98....very few machines are supported by windows 98 anymore.

So HP is also not provideding Windows98 drivers

Just try to work out with Drivers for Win2000
