First of all select the paper select button for the bypass tray on the control panel after putting envelopes in the tray. It will then say select paper size. Press the RIGHT arrow until COM 10 or executive comes up and the select OK. Then print what you want . You have to look at the printing properties on the driver to make sure you have auto or the bypass tray selected
First you have to get the copier to know that you have envelopes in the bypass. Put envelopes in the bypass and use the paper select key to get the bypass selected. The display will prompt you to identify what size paper you have and using the right arrow a few times to get to COM10 or executive. Press OK for the copier to accept the correct size. If you're using the printer as you information source make sure the printer properties of the driver are set correctly and all should be good.
To get rid of error, unplug machine. Sett. the correct paper size ( size of envelope ), paper type (envelope ), both on printer properties ( when you prompted to print ) and on machine ( when you put envelope on bypass, machine auto ask you ). Do not forget to tell printer that he needs to take paper from bypass ( printer properties )
On right sideway of machine is door, on this door is bypass tray wich you need to open.Open and place envelopes on it, use paper side guidances, envelope must be print side face down. "Tell" the machine wich is format, type and confirm. Under printer driver set according settings.
