I understand that the front of your Frigidaire washer is rusted. Typically rust is not covered under the warranty and in most cases, the door will more than likely need replacing. Could you please provide me with your model number? You can normally locate your serial tag (which lists your model number) on the upper front interior of the door frame on a front load washer. If you own a top load washer you would normally find the serial tag on the inside of the lid, on the right side. It will be stamped on a metal tag located either behind the top control panel, under the lid, or on the lower part of the machine on either side or at the bottom. The metal tag will have the serial number, model, as well as the year it was manufactured.

It is usually printed at the serial tag. Just open the dryer's door and look for the label. If there is no label, then look on the back of the appliance (If machine is older than 10 years old, look on the back)

If there is only model and serial number but no manufacture date, provide the numbers on the label so we can find that information.

The age is determined by the SERIAL number. If you post back with each appliance serial number, I can tell you what year they were manufactured. Include any letter designations that are in the serial number too.
