Error E 019 is for the toner waste bottle full. It is behind a rectangle shaped cover on the lower right side of th machine (by the power switch). Empty it and reboot the copier.

when you changed the main controller for the copier did you use the counter board that was on the old main controller or did you put the counter board from the old one on the new one.... if you don't use the old counter board with the new main controller then that problem will occure
this error is related to fixing unit,to reset error:* with head 2&8 together* with head LCD display change press COPIER> Function>Clear>Err>OK switch off/on the machine,if the error return check the AC supply unit or you have to call your service provider
