The copier might have it's own facility for formatting the hard drive but the best way to format any drive is to remove it and fit it as a slave drive to a desktop or laptop PC and use the computer to format the drive with the requirement that if the software it contains in 64 bit the PC will also need to be running 64 bit software.

Oh, it looks like your ImageRunner's fixer unit (the heater thermistor it uses to regulate temperature) burned out or disconnected on you. http://canon-ir-6000.blogspot.com/2009/02/e000-main-cause-main-thermistor-th1-has.html
Find that little sensor leading up to the coils and replace it.
Otherwise, say that again in just Hindi?

Hello,
your problem might be faulty connection on your DIMM modules.
Take it out and clean the contact area with a brush, place it back and start the machine.
If this dose not solve your problem it means the Reader Controller PCB is faulty and needs replaced.
