I recently had code "OE" pop up during wash cycle. Was told water level sensor... replaced it and still having same problem. After surfing and reading, I stumbled upon some pdf's with help on diagnostics of the Maytag MAH9700AWW front loader (Neptune). In service mode, I can read the codes and I have "OE" and "O3". Calling didn't get anywhere. Can you help with these?
Could it be the the pins in the quick connect to the motor be loose? I've read online it might be a scenario. OE error code indicates that the washer is unable to drain the water it used during the wash cycle. OE can be triggered by a kinked drain hose or a clogged drain pump filter..... please clean drain hose back side of washing machine.. Thank you
If draining is not completed in a specified time limit the fault code OE will be displayed.
Check the drain hose is free (not kinked or deformed) and check there is no dirt in the drain filter.
The filter is located behind a cover on the kick-panel at the front of the machine.
"dE" - Lid open error
Lid is open during wash cycle.

"OE" - Water overflow error
Water supply does not stop after sensing an overflow condition.
