Supply memory error

Remove cartridge, observe a small chip mounted on cartridge shell..This chip calculates the approximate toner levels, once its reached "Zero" printer says cartridge empty/low replace it.. If the memory is not detected due to any reason printer will say supply error or 10:xx supply error..
Replace this memory if available( locally its available ) or replace the cartridge.. Very few cases same error appears with faulty DC controller..

Hello I have a problem with the work printer. It is a 3500 hp color laser jet and it is having a 10.10.00 supply memory error. I'm not sure what to do. Can you please help me?

10.10.00 SUPPLY MEMORY ERROR
Missing memory on supply
Black print cartridge

1. Open and close the front door.
2. Ensure the cartridges are fully seated.
3. Swap the cartridge for the color indicated with a cartridge in another slot to determine whether the error follows the cartridge or stays with the slot. If the error follows the cartridge, replace that cartridge, otherwise, continue with step 4.
4. Check the memory controller PCB contacts to the memory tag. Clean if dirty.
5. Reseat the memory controller PCB connector J201 and DC controller PCB connector J1025.
6. Defective memory controller PCB, replace the memory controller PCB.
7. Defective DC controller PCB, replace the DC controller PCB

Hp laserjet P3005n gives memory test error when powereds

I am assuming that the printer is giving a supplies memory test error in which case it is a faulty micro chip on the toner cartridge. If this is the case then you need to replace the toner cartridge.

If the printer is not displaying supplies memory error, but actual memory test error then the problem is in the memory on the Formatter Board. The formatter board in these printers are prone to faults.
If your board has an added memory stick, I suggest that you remove it after turning off the printer and then power on again and see if the error is still displayed.

10.1000 memory error

Thank you for contacting FixYa with your printer inquiry.
This error is normally associated with a supplies error. I have extracted information on this error from the HP 6L manual.

Error Codes
Error 10 - Supplies Memory Error 10.XX.YY Exact format is dependent on printer model
The printer is unable to read the electronic information (elabel) on the print cartridge. This helps track page count and life of consumable.
XX Description 00 memory error on the cartridge or 01 memory device not found
    10.00.00 Black print cartridge
    10.00.01 Cyan print cartridge
    10.00.02 Magenta print cartridge
    10.00.03 Yellow print cartridge

  1. Supplies used in newer printer models contain a memory chip. The information contained on this chip is dependent on the printer model and the supply. The error 10 indicates a problem with the printer obtaining the information from this chip. The chip may be missing or defective or contain incorrect information. There may be a problem with connection between the memory chip and DC controller. Turn the printer off/on to attempt to clear or reset the message. Remove and reinstall the supply, replace the supply.
  2. Replace the memory chip cable/connector or the DC controller.
    How did we do?
Hope this helps helps. Please keep us updated and remember to rate this answer.

50in samsung hd tv scrren wont turn on...red lights just keeps blinking

Change bloated caps on power supply pcb. You'll see them clear. That's should be it!
$10,00 for parts+ couple hours of labor and, you good to go!
95%. If you won't find any bloated caps, relax, it's time to get a new signal/main board. Can't fix those! Only replacement. Used one is ok.
My last case was a similar, 50" Samsung lcd panel with 4 1,000.00 mfd/16v.
good luck.!
