You have what is known as the stoplight of death. It should turn green, very very quick yellow to red with a beep.. the only sure fire way to fix is to "re-ball" the "CPU" & "GPU" there's also several temp fixes.. ie: place in oven or use a heat gun.. I don't recommend doing this.. Any other questions feel free to ask

No power to my desktop computer HP A1330N and no green light in the back of the power supply

You replaced power supply and your made sure you plugged everything back into the motherboard snuggly and in it's proper place? If so it might be your motherboard is bad.

Make sure you have the new power supply turned on. Sometimes there's a O/I switch on the back of the power supply. Flip it and try to boot and see what happens. You might have another bad power supply.
If so your motherboard might be burning them out.

Try removing the power cord for 30 seconds and press and hold the power button. After 30 seconds put the power cord back in and press the power button to see what happens.

Do your fans work when you press the power button? Do you hear any fans running?

Compaq presario 56000cl won't boot up / red light flashing in the back.

When you press the power button do you hear the fan running, hear the disk drive running, see any lights, do you hear the cd drive click once and see the light come on briefly on the cd drive door? If you see all the aforementioned then it is surely trying to boot. Computers don't boot mainly because of the following problems. 1) Bad Power Cord or Power Supply. 2) Electro Static Buildup. 3) Bad Motherboard 4) Bad boot or system files.
Remove the Power Cord and the battery if it's a laptop. Press and Hold the Power Button for 30 Seconds. Then replace only the Power Cord and try hitting the Power Button. If it boots you had an Electro Static Buildup. If you have boot or system files that are missing or corrupt normally the system will be telling you that on an error message that appears on the screen. Does your system show you anything on the screen when you press the Power Button? If not you have a Power Supply or Motherboard issue.

Laptop doesnt boot only power ligth comes out when press on buttom a ligth comes out but nothing on the screen i dont hear the fan keep going.

Maybe there are some problem in your start button (the button wire connect to mainboard is Loosening.

Please press the start button for about 3-4 seconds then see it would start. Always it may solve the problem, this happend to my inspiron 6400 too, after used for years the start button failure. It shows only power lamp lights green but the other light cant light red.

If no, maybe your must change a power supply, as the lower volt current cant start all the device.
