    We don't manufacture replacement parts specifically the hinge for our inkjet printers. If your printer is still under warranty, please contact our technical support team to have the printer replaced.

    If it's already out of warranty, you can have the printer repaired at any local repair shop.

    Firmware 900 error

    This is usually caused by a fonts mismatch (especially when printing from a web page) and the machine doesn't know what to do with the print job. Quick fix is to delete the current job from the print queue and restart the printer. Permanent fix is to download the latest firmware from http://support.lexmark.com and latest print drivers.     After successfully updating your printer, do a deep clean function. From the printer touchscreen panel, touch Ink Levels > More Options > Deep Clean Printhead. This will help clean the nozzles from possible clogs and dirt.
    Then try to print a document again to verify that the problem is fixed.

    It could be a software issue. Try to uninstall the existing Lexmark Pro901 driver from your desktop pc by going to Start menu -> Programs -> Lexmark -> Pro900 Series -> Uninstall Lexmark Pro900 Series. Reboot pc when prompted.
    Now, check your Windows 7 if it's running on 32-bit or 64-bit by going to the Start menu -> right-click on Computer -> Properties. Take note of the System Type.
    To reinstall, download the Lexmark Pro900 Series driver using the links below: - Lexmark Pro901 driver for Windows 7 32-bit - Lexmark Pro901 driver for Windows 7 64-bit
    Download, execute the file and follow the instructions on the software.
