there is like no solution!!!!!!! i have tried to in install new firmware and it just keeps restarting

Inkjet printers need to be used frequently to prevent ink drying out and blocking the print head nozzles. If the print head cleaning maintenance routine does not clear the blockages, then print head needs replacing, but it may be expensive. It may be more cost effective to buy a later model and better printer than replace the print head.

Possible dirty / clogged / dried up print-head. Try cleaning routine of printer - or remove and wipe heads with lint-free rag dipped in rubbing alcohol. Align and clean if needed again in printer and try again.

switch off the printer and wait for about 10 or 20 seconds then switch it back on then wen it has reinitialised its self go to your computer and go to control panel and devices and printers and on the toolbar that sais add a device then there is a dropdown menu called add printer then follow the instructions.
