This is the solution from Ricoh website:

Please press Menu. Then scroll to Maintenance and press Enter. Scroll to Color Regist and press Enter. Scroll to Color Regist Auto Adjust and then press Enter to Auto adjust. If after completing the procedure the error persists, please contact your service representative for support.

I'm told this works as well...
On the main board put dip switch 101-1 on and then off and then enter 97 and press the aps key. Then power cycle the printer.

mcdevito75 here, Most likely they are, however you may have to go directly to Ricoh for the part. Check with Radio Shack, Staples for this part or info.

My ricoh aficio 350e printer has a brand new cartridge but it still printing with light dark area's where words should be solid. This is only on the black color.
The pcu, charge roller and possibly the developer needs to be replaced. Also, the glass on the laser unit could be dirty with toner - ck this first.

Try to reset with 5801 it means:

enter service mode with 107 and find 5801 and execute then switch on and off the copier.

If they disarmed the control panel surely the LED it was outside place and for that reason one does not see that it ignites, but surely that if is igniting.

Ricoh Aficio 350 change number of rings before fax answer and/or auto detect incoming fax.
Can't be done..this fax can only operate on a dedicated line, and it picks up right away. Sorry.

Aficio 350e
To get those parts needed to fix it nowadays, it's cheaper to get a new one.
You can find a refurbished 350e online for $500-$800 in American dollars with probably 150,000 copy count or less.
In our shop we don't even work on them with that high of a copy count because of the labor costs and time on it alone.  Their happier getting a new one.

This blinking wrench red light means that your copier needs to be serviced. How old is your copier or how many copy have you done with it ?
