Question about Ricoh Aficio 2018D All-In-One Laser Printer
Dear kishorkamble,
We fixed this error, which happened in another model (Aficio MP-5500), by configuring two options:
1. Activating SNMP protocol. Menu Configuration -> Network -> IPv4
2. Activating RSH/RCP protocol. Menu Configuration -> Network -> SNMP

I have been pulling my hair for three months trying to fix this. I installed McAfee and this is controlling my Windows Firewall. Disable the firewall long enough to scan what you need, then turn the firewall back on. This is the ONLY thing that worked. I am going to reset my firewall to allow Windows, not McAfee, to control the firewall settings. Hope this helps, it helped me.

You have to just replace your cartridges.It show the error because the cartridge has a problem.
