I have Ricoh Aficio MP c2800, Machine say toner undetectable all four when i check system status and yellow, cyan is not show up on copies at all

Paper pinch roller is having some problem may be there is a paper jam or Cartridge try to remove all papers then remove the ink cartridge pull out the power wait for some time ,put back the paper without ink and paper
check if the error is changed if yes replace your ink if still there check for any paper jam clean it all properly and start again.
HOW TO REMOVE ERROR CODE 28212 RICOH 3110
In most cases this error is just a scam to make you install a new carriage, that you probably don't need. Without changing anything, attempt the following procedure:
Push the maintenance key.
Once you're in the greyed out menu, type #, *, OK
This will bring you to the service menu.
Select
Select "Engine Maint."
Enter code 3009002
Select Execute, press enter.
Switch it off.
Start the printer again with the cartridge door open.
Close it upon request.
At that point a 6 minutes ink reloading procedure should start by itself (if you're using original cartridges, this will cost you an eye as half of the cartridges will be drained).
After this the printer should be good as new, if no hardware issues are present.

I have run into this several times with these printers. In every case, it has been the CMY PCU. These run about $300.
I have read that by cleaning the PCU, you can get it to work sometimes. So far, I have not been lucky enough for it to work.

1. Check the voltage of the wall outlet.
2. Replace the fusing unit
3. Replace the fusing lamp.
**Execute "Engine Maintenance Menu" to recover the machine after
completing the recovery procedure. Otherwise, the machine continues to
issue this SC code and cannot be operated.
