Ricoh Aficio - Recent Questions, Troubleshooting & Support

Dear kishorkamble,

We fixed this error, which happened in another model (Aficio MP-5500), by configuring two options:
1. Activating SNMP protocol. Menu Configuration -> Network -> IPv4
2. Activating RSH/RCP protocol. Menu Configuration -> Network -> SNMP

Hi, please do not use an SD card that has been used in a computer, use an original SD card meant for this particular printer. i.e. for MP C3500/4500
