The tap is the dial on the left turn it, then it will turn the tap off. If it is repeating this then it may need to be decalcified.

Open tap - filling system - close tap

Try using warm water in the watertank, important that the water is not too hot, it can cause leakage in the o-rings in the fluidsytem.
Repeat the procedure a few times, if nothing helps, turn off the machine and wait 1 hour and try again.

If you can`t get around this message, then the flowmeter needs to be changed.

On Rinse nothing comes out?

Do you seem to end up with more water in the tray now then you did before this problem started? Does your coffee seem weaker then before? If so I have some ideas for you.

How do I disassemble and clean the brew unit motor

I have some good instructions I downloaded from www.kaffeestudio.com . They are in German, but with many pics. If you are technically adept, then it is really no prblem. You should put in new o'rings and lubricate with the food grade silicon grease before reassembly, otherwise it won't be long before you are doing it again. Give yourself about 3 hours to perform this task the first time. One thing to remember. The cleaning tablets tend to strip the lubrication from the brew units, subsequently binding up the brew unit, sometimes tearing the o'rings and giving the malfunction 8. Plan on this being an ongoing maintenance exercise. Plan on at least once every year or two to have to do this.

Jura impressa E75.message mafunction 8 shows up

Malfunction 8 is related to the brew unit typically. It is usually an indication of the brew unit motor having to work too hard to move the brew unit up and down. This is usually cured by disassembling, cleaning, replacing any o'rings that may be bad, and lubricating the unit, then reassembly.
I have had to do this twice on an an E75 and an E8. I finally broke down and bought seal kits and lubricant for doing this. One could by a new brew unit off of e-bay and change out the whole thing. But a simple rebuild will typically suffice.

A Ø43 mm rubber gasket broke - where do I get a new?

I have found seal/o-ring kits available on ebay Germany. Make sure you get the food grade lubricant to apply to the seals as well.

Cafe brews directly into tray, not cups

Blazer,
I can help with this. I have become fairly well versed from owning two machines (an E-75 and an E-8) and having to repair them ocassionally. The guts in many of the Jura machines are typically very similar and utilize many of the same / similar components.
But it would be easier to handle via e-mail so that I can send pics of the inside of the machine and explain what's going on and what to look for. It will be much easier than explaining via this website. Just to alleviate concerns, it's most likely a simple o'ring issue.
I can be reached at [email protected].

No coffee will dispenses

I would remove the coffee spout and check the lines into it. The coffee seems to stop when it hits the spout and goes through the by pass instead. Remove the spout(be careful) then run a coffee and see if it works.
