In control panel, start the printers applet, then right click on your printer and click on properties.
Next, go to the maintenance tab and do a deep clean on the printhead.
Once this is complete, do a check for clogged nozzles and if the pattern has gaps or no print, try another cleaning cycle.
If you still get no printing after three cleaning cycles, chances are your print head has failed or the cartridges have failed.
If you can remove the printhead, try soaking it in warm water for 10 minutes, dry it thoroughly and reinstall it. Do a printhead alignment and try printing again.
If this does not work, replace the printhead or cartridges or the entire printer.
