Wants to print but won't put ink on paper
I'm experiencing the same problem. I tried to troubleshoot through software that came with printer, but no luck. Here's what happens:
The printer worked great for a month or so. Then, I didn't use it for a few months. When I tried to use it again, it acts like it's printing. My computer shows it's printing, the printer runs through all the steps, including moving the print cartridges back and forth over the paper as it should, but no ink comes out on paper.
Any suggestions?
printer is not printing. I have ran the calibrated the printer and nothing prints
my printer is not printing. when i press print it prints but nothing comes out except the paper and nothing is on it. it also take my ink both black and color.
If your printer is sitting for a while, probably the cartridge was dried out or clogged. try dipping the cartridge in a warm water and alcohol solution for a few seconds. See if something starts to come out. Reinstall and run a test print. Printer quick fix
