The conditionre is washed out by adding water which fills the level in the dispenser up until it activates a syphon effect. I found with mine that years of dampness had led to all sorts of muck blocking flow of fresh water. Take off the machines's lid, then extract, take apart and clean the plastic unit that is above the conditioner dispenser.

SOURCE: washing machine problem

at the back of the conditioner compartment there is a syphon. check the tube of the syphon is clear. put on rinse and at the point the conditioner should be taken, open the drawer and check that there is a jet of water into the conditioner area. if not, there are some holes in the roof of the top of the box. these may be blocked. clear with a hairpin or similiar

SOURCE: Fabric conditioner drawer

Try cleaning inside the the machine where the soap dispenser drawer fits into. Sometimes this builds up with lots of soap and fabric conditioner residue and stops the conditioner from going through.
Take the drawer back out and look inside where it goes to see if there is a build up of soap etc...
hope this helps

SOURCE: fabric conditioner drawer does not empty

The inlet to the conditioner compartment is probably blocked.
Get a thin piece of flexible wire and make a right angled bend on the end about 1" long, and poke it into all the holes u can see in the top of the dispenser compartment, particularly the ones at the front right side.
This should solve the prob.
Plz rate this solution .
Thanks

SOURCE: Conditioner drawer not emptying

Do you use a thicker type of softener? When I had this problem with my washer I added water to the softener to thin it out, as it just seems like it leaves a build up that clogs repeatedly otherwise. hope that helps

Why does the fabric conditioner compartment stay full of water after wash has finished ?

The detergent drawer should be removed and thoroughly cleaned - the drawer will open to the usual limit and then will withdraw completely with a little more force. The cavity the drawer fits into also should be cleaned along with the outlets that should now be easily visible.

Even after doing all that it is not unusual to find some water left behind in the drawer compartments. Sometimes it is necessary to remove the internal hoses and rod them out.

Bosch maxx 1000 - when finished cycle, leaves central fabric conditioner drawer full of water + trace of condtioner.

Check that the hose that connects the drawer to the tub is clean, fabric conditioner normally gunks up especially on colder wash cycles.

Water in the Softerner compartment

The softener drawer cover is designed to siphon out most of the water that runs into the drawer so, when the wash is over, the drawer should always be nearly empty. Unclip and take out the detergent drawer, unclip the softener cover and fill the softener tray with water. Clip the softener cover back on and the water should run out immediately. If it doesn't then a small blockage in any of the 3 pipes in the cover can completely stop the siphon action. Cleaning them out is generally all that's needed.

My Zanussi ZWF1430W won't take fabric conditioner from drawer - it washes and spins okay on all programmes.

Sometimes the drawer gets blocked with congealed fabric conditioner and or old soap powder, try removing the drawer and giving it a good wash. An old toothbrush is useful to get in the small areas. To remove the drawer: Pull the drawer out as far as possible, there is a small depression on the left hand side at the top of the drawer, about the size of a fingertip press the depression to release the drawer, and pull the drawer out. To relocate, line the drawer up, and place the long thin piece of plastic on the left hand side in the corresponding slot in the top of the drawer opening, you might have to kneel down to see it and slide the drawer in, you might have to press the depression again to pushe it home.
