FABRIC CONDITIONER STILL LEFT IN DRAWER

Try taking out the drawer and washing it our thoroughly. They get clogged up with residues.

Check that the hose that connects the drawer to the tub is clean, fabric conditioner normally gunks up especially on colder wash cycles.

I had the same problem, machine not taking fabric conditioner.
So removed top of machine 2 screws and with a bit of wiggling dispenser drawer whilst holding down the drum easily slipped out after undoing a few screws and a small rubber hose.
Once out just a matter of separating the dispenser draw via 10 small clips. A good soak and scrub and l blasted it through with a hose pipe jet. Reversal of above and now works a treat.

Usually means soap dispensing drawer needs to be cleaned, as conditioner is dispensed by syphoning system, Take out soap detergent drawer, clean thoroughly in warm water, make sure drain hole in conditioner compartment is clear.

I would take the top off and locate the operating lever for the fabric valve as it sometimes gets stuck with soap goo

I have exactly the same problem with my new Miele washer dryer - and my kitchen is soaking wet. Have you found a solution ?

I had the same problem with my Bosch Classixx 1200 Express.
It was fixed today & I now know what to do in the future if it happens. The water gets into the soap/ conditioner dispenser drawer via 2 pipes. One points to the main detergent compartment and the other to the pre-wash and conditioner compartments. The pipes become clogged with a type of mould. This meant that in my machine the water was bypassing the conditioner. I had already removed the drawer and cleaned it up and cleaned the jets above with an old tootbrush but it hadn't solved the problem. The repair guy used a cable tie (one of those that is quite firm & will lock) and pushed it up inside the bigger jets. This loosened the black gunge. Then ran water thru from start of the basic cycles and all is now OK
