Front & Back copies, paper has jammed cadrej side some time only.

Sir,
One Year Back, I purchased canon IR3300 model. Resently to given Front & Back copies, paper has jammed cadrej side some time only. But the pick-up roller & Drum to be changed newly. But the problem has been continued give the suggestion to clear this problem.

You need to replace not only the pickup roller but all three paper roller: Pickup, Feed, Separation.

Hi,

Please clear out the paper jam by removing the tray and removing any pieces of paper stuck in the printer. You can also open up the back of the printer and remove paper as well. Then, try to print on both-sides again. If your printer has multiple trays, try switching the source tray prior to printing.

  1. Locate and dust your paper sensor eyes
  2. make sure paper size adjuster for tray 2 is locked at proper position.
  3. Examine pick up roller from tray 2, clean or replace as necessary.

Small torn paper was left on your fixing unit. You can remove the fixing unit look for that small piece of paper. ;)

I have a canon iR3300 and it always jammed when we do 2 sided printing. it jammed between the the drum unit and the transfer unit where the paper is folded.
clean the transfer/separation and try to invert the paper it would help.

Canon IR3300 model has some problem.
Don't recommend PCL6 for this copier. Try latest PCL5e and PS.
If that doesn't work get tech to come out and load latest firmware and see if it works.
