Canon ir3300 showing paper jam in 2nd tray but thre is no paper jam in it

first, do you copy from second drawer or bypass tray or first drawer?

Open the left door, in lower section open the paper cover. Now remove drawer. If You look from the left door side beneath the drum unit, you will see axis with 2 rollers, CLEAN them with alcohol or water by rubbing them, and dry them with dry cloth.
Also if you look little closer beneath the axis with rollers you will see the two rollers ( grey, one above the other ) clean them also or replace them if the rubber on them are too smooth.

If the problem appears when copy from second drawer, i.e. A3, you need to replace the pick-up clutch!

If the problem appears when copy from bypass, clean the bypass feed roller.

these error stands for problem with the reading of fixing film in fixing assy.
If you had a paper jam, its possible that piece of paper stuck-ed on reading path of sensor or the fixing film is worn out and it needs to be changed.
To check for paper leftovers, open the left side way door and check the fixing unit for leftovers of paper.
